Hand-made Afghan clothes, from Kuchi and Kandahari dresses to chapans, pakols and chaplays
Based in Kabul
Clothing (Poshak) is an Afghan clothes shop in Khair Khana, Kabul. Kuchi and Kandahari dresses, perahan tunban, chapans and waistcoats, pakols and karakul caps, shawls, chadors and Kabuli chaplays: everything you need for every day, for Eid or for a wedding, in one place.
Most of what we sell is sewn and embroidered by hand by Afghan tailors. Look closely at the khamak, the mirrors and the gold thread; and if your size is not here, we will make it to your measure. Orders inside Kabul arrive in one to two days, and you pay in cash when they do.
At our service desk we tailor perahan tunban and wedding dresses to measure, mend and alter what you already have, and hire out traditional clothes for parties and photographs. Questions? Message us here or give us a call.
There is no online payment. You pay the business in cash when your order arrives.
After you order, the business calls you to agree when and how it arrives.
Returns and any warranty are the business's own. Ask before you buy.
